The GreenSET Interreg Euro-MED project has successfully completed its first semester (May–September 2025), setting a strong foundation for circular transformation in Mediterranean tourism.
This phase saw the launch of the GreenSET website and LinkedIn page, the release of the project’s first co-created publication by the Nicosia Tourism Board and STEP RI, and key progress on the MEDSSIM methodology, supporting SMEs in adopting circular business models. The consortium also began a carbon footprint assessment to strengthen climate alignment.
Next up, partners will meet in Nice (4–6 November 2025) to review achievements and plan for the next stage of collaboration.
